Prior to live sessions, participants engage in two short microcourses to cover key concepts in the course. Microcourses include:

Emotional Barriers to Change (10 min.): Explores why change triggers emotional resistance, the psychology behind change failure, and how unspoken emotions drive resistance at individual and team levels.

The Dynamics of Change Resistance (10 min.): Introduces a structured approach to diagnosing emotional resistance, identifying fear-based responses, and leveraging mindset shifts for smoother transitions.

Live Session 1: Understanding Emotional Dynamics

90 minutes: The first live session helps leaders understand how emotions affect the outcomes of change, and see how different perceptions can create fuel or friction amid change.
